Returns and Refunds




Here at Print35, we are confident you will be satisfied with the quality of the products we supply.
However, you do have the right to return to us any Instax Product (in it’s original packaging) for a full refund within 14 days from when you receive the product – for any reason at all. This only applies to products bought on-line or over the phone.
Please remember that you must return the product as received so that we can re-stock it in our store.
For change of mind, we require that you bear the cost of returning the product to us.
There are exception to the returns policy as allowed for by European Law – e.g. you cannot return any of our photo or personalised products due to a change of mind.
However, if there is an issue with the product (not a change of mind, but that the product is not of merchantable quality) – then we ask you to contact the Store (details are on our Contact Page) as soon as possible to log the issue.
We may ask to return e.g. a photo product or personalised product to us so we can assess the issue before issuing a replacement or an alternative product. We will cover the cost of returning the product in this instance – if the product was not bought in-store.
In the case of an issue with e.g. Instax Equipment – if there is a fault and it was bought over the phone or via the website, we will cover the cost of the product being returned to us. We will then work with the supplier to either Repair or Replace the product – depending on their assessment of the fault.
Refunds will be to the original payment method – and will be processed within 14 days of the refund being approved.
All our Returns, Repairs and Refunds policies are in line with the relevant Consumer Protection Legislation in Ireland
